Many individuals with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) struggle with self-acceptance due to the challenges they face in their daily lives. However, with the right strategies and treatments, it is entirely possible to lead a happy and fulfilling life despite the obstacles.

I didn't discover I had ADHD until a later stage in life, which undoubtedly made me question my self-worth. Adding bipolar II to the mix didn't help. Being in a relationship with someone who also understands and supports my condition has been incredibly beneficial. It's crucial to understand that many people may be misdiagnosed with ADHD, especially when it comes to depression and anxiety.
