The institute is in a remote setting surrounded by lush greenery, which might seem appealing, but for an engineering institution, this isolation can pose significant challenges, especially concerning job prospects. Companies prefer to visit campuses in more urban and easily accessible areas to interview students. Therefore, while the environment is scenic, it may not be ideal for attracting recruiters. In this context, staying closer to your hometown might offer you better job opportunities and a convenient commute.

Infrastructure and Departments

One of the notable features of DBATU Lonere is its centrally located red building that houses the university's academic departments, classrooms, faculty cabins, and an ATM. The centralized setup can be convenient. However, it also comes with its drawbacks. The building is lacking in proper departmental spaces and well-equipped laboratories. Students often need to deal with spontaneous assignments and sudden lab sessions without adequate preparations. This can be a significant challenge.
